Abstract:
Based on a general model for the Yosida approximation, the solvability of a general
class of first-order nonlinear evolution inclusions is investigated. The notion of the
H−maximal monotonicity plays a greater role in developing a general framework for
the existing Yosida approximations and its characterizations in the literature.
