Asymptotic Behavior of a Mathematical Model of the Ryanodine-Sensitive Ca Channel Dynamics in Cardiomyocytes and Applications

Abstract: In this paper we gives a thorough study of a mathematical model using differential equations in ryanodine-sensitive calcium channel dynamics in cardiomyocytes. This model consisting of three ordinary differential equations has a unique steady state to which every trajectory is convergent if all parameters are positive. All properties of the dynamical system generated by the system of equations in R3 are biologically meaningful.
